Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchange: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind about a product. Exchanges are only provided for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Visual Evidence Required: To initiate an exchange, please provide visual evidence (photographs or videos) clearly showing the issue. This documentation is essential for us to validate your claim.
- How to Submit a Request: Please send your visual evidence along with a detailed description of the defect to our support email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Late submissions will not be eligible for exchange.
- Validation Process: Once we receive your request and validate the issue, we will inform you via email about the next steps for exchanging the product.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
- Geographical Variability: Please be aware that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
No Refunds
- We do not provide refunds. We only offer exchanges for items that are confirmed to be damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team.
Order Cancellation
- Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If there is any error in the shipment delivery address, please contact us before shipping, and we will help to sort it out.
Time Frame
- All exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
